Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QuillConnect Suite, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Service Description

QuillConnect Suite provides AI-powered communication tools including response generation, content rewriting, argument building, and clarity analysis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must not share your account with others
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Generate content that is abusive, threatening, or violates others' rights
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

Billing and Payments

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal

14-Day Cancellation Right (EU/UK Consumers)

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Important: By purchasing a subscription or bundle and immediately accessing our digital services, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once you begin using the service. This applies to:

• PRO Subscriptions: Your 14-day cancellation right is waived once you access any premium features
• Extra Run Bundles: Your 14-day cancellation right is waived once you use any runs from the purchased bundle

To exercise your cancellation right (if unused): Contact us at legal@quillconnect.com with your order details within 14 days of purchase. Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

Refund Policy

• EU/UK 14-Day Right: Full refund if service not accessed (see section above)
• Service Issues: Refunds may be issued at our discretion for technical failures or service unavailability
• Subscription Cancellation: No refund for partial billing periods; access continues until period ends
• Used Bundles: No refunds once runs have been consumed from a bundle
• Disputes: Contact billing@quillconnect.com within 30 days of charge

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you input and generated outputs. We retain all rights to the service, software, and branding. You grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
